The staff here was exceptional and very friendly, and our room had everything we needed, like climate control and a microwave, plus a great city view.

Very attractive building, great location close to Riverside Park.

I thought the breakfast was extremely mediocre. Eggs were watery, bagels were like cardboard, and the selection of fruits seemed minimal. I realize it is included at no extra charge, but I thought it was worth no more than I paid for it.

Kyle and Paul were so kind and helpful. We loved the patio and enjoyed hanging out there! We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a beautiful building with an excellent view of downtown. The staff are competent, and we liked them. The room is pet-friendly, newly remodeled, and includes central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location is unbeatable and excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from the Spokane Convention Center. It's also a short walk to downtown, the Spokane Arena, and a restaurant. Thanks for the really nice stay!

The hotel is in an excellent area close to downtown restaurants, shopping, the riverfront, and AMC theaters at Riverwalk. The room was clean, updated, and overlooks the city. The location is wonderful and just a short walk away from Pavilion. A really great stay overall.

Staff were accommodating as we had bicycles they stored for us. Staff for the most part were friendly.

I called the day of check in to ensure that I had two queens and would be arriving late. They assured me that I did have 2 queens. When I arrived I had 1 king w/ 2 16 yr old boys! I was not happy- they have a way my room and had to put a roll away in the new room. They did cut the bill in half to make it right. Breakfast served only til 930 on weekends was a bit early.

The hotel is located in a very nice area close to downtown restaurants, downtown, and the Spokane Arena. The rooms are very clean and updated, with particularly nice bathrooms. The location is beautiful and within a short walking distance to everywhere.
